Q: When can I move-in to Town Branch?
We are expecting move-ins to begin early Spring! Typically we need about 72 hours from the time of your application being submitted in order to get all paperwork and screenings completed. Please contact our team for more details.
Q: Do I have to schedule an appointment to visit?
We do not require appointments for tours, but we love them to ensure you have our undivided attention. You can schedule a tour by calling our office, or emailing townbranch@specializedreg.com
Q: What is Work Force Housing?

Town Branch offers a limited number of units at Work Force Housing rent rates for qualified households. According to the income detail on your rental application, you may qualify! The Work Force Housing rents are up to 30% below the market rate and we ensure there is no physical difference between Work Force Housing and market-rate units.

Work Force Housing eligibility determination is made by a third party, Community Development Corp. of Bentonville. There is a $250 nonrefundable fee to apply. Reach out to their staff before submitting your application and they can give you an assessment of your likelihood of qualifying.

Qualification for Work Force Housing rents does not guarantee qualification to move in at Town Branch. Rental eligibility is ultimately determined by property management. Be sure you meet the Town Branch background and income qualifications before applying.

Currently our office is open from Monday-Friday from 9 am- 5 pm. We are open for tours on Saturdays by appointment only.

Yes! Our maintenance team is on-site Monday-Friday and available 24/7 for emergency situations.
Q: How do I apply for an apartment?
You can apply for an apartment directly through our website, or by going to townbranch.prospectportal.com. To make your application as easy as possible, you will want the following items readily available: Drivers License, 90 days of bank statements or pay stubs, and your current/prior landlord information for a rental verification check.
Q: How is the parking at Town Branch?
One spot per apartment is included in our convenience package! We are in a walkable and bikeable location to Downtown Bentonville and 8th Street Market, and you can enjoy living in the heart of Bentonville easily without a vehicle.
